BioWare released a short teaser video and has encouraged fans to examine it "a bit more closely".

Relay
The
image is almost identicle to one included in the BioWare 25th
anniversary book back in 2020. At the time it was theorized that the
structure was a mass relay constructed by Cerberus. Michael Gamble (Project Director at BioWare) confirmed in 2020
that it was a relay and may be going somewhere new. The text in the
bottom left of the 2022 video also confirms the object to be a relay:

Planet
The background of the image has been changed since its initial appearance, with the relay now orbiting a mystery planet. It could be Mars, but with flowing water on the surface and a possible Quarian-human name in the bottom text, it is much more likley to be Rannoch - the Quarian homeworld. It could also be Shanxi, a planet near the original 314 relay.
Numbers
Along the side of the relay is a series of
numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Some believe the rod sticking out of the
4th hanger bay(?) is an indication that the next game will be titled
Mass Effect 4; which would imply a direct continuation of the Shepard
trilogy. I think its a bit of a stretch, but time will tell. It could just as likley be indicating the next game will have 7
squad-mates and a party of 4 (3 + the player) can be taken out instead
of the usual 3 person outing.
N7 Stripe
A
very faint reflection or glare can be seen in the bottom left-hand
corner. Though hard to see, it resembles the red and white N7 stripe. I
also think this one is a bit of a stretch, but if it is indeed a hint
about the next game, it could mean the return of an N7 - possibly
Shepard or Alex, or an entirely new character.
Other things of note:
- The ship is similar in shape to the Normandy, Tempest, and the 2021 ME5 concept art ship.
- MR7 could stand for Mass Relay 7.
- SA stands for "System Alliance" and 314 could reference the "Relay 314 Incident" when humanity used a dormant relay and made first contact with the Turians.
- The numbers "11_07_90_000_" could be a date: November 7 (N7) 2190. This would place the recording 4 or 5 years after the Mass Effect 3 ending.
